Welcome to Mini Meal Plan, a meal plan that works with you and your schedule, and teaches you how to cook once for two night's worth of great, unique dinners.

This is not a meal plan that requires you to commit to a 5- or 7-day meal schedule, with a lengthy, ready-made shopping list. You see, we think a dictated meal plan is just too restrictive. Yes, we all crave organizational tools, but no one wants to be told what to eat every night. For many families, the weekly meal plan doesn't make sense.

What does make sense is a mix and match meal plan that offers dozens of 2-dinner meal plans that combines both ingredients and cooking. Each Mini Meal Plan uses the leftover main ingredient from one night's dinner to make an entirely different meal another night. Some of them even rework the side dish. And these are not your typical "leftovers". The second night's dinner is as delightful as the first.... It just involves less cooking.

Use this series of mini meal plans to make meal-planning work for your family. Balance out your busy week with 2 homemade meals, or select 3 mini meal plans to cover 6 dinners for your family. Pick the meal plans you want to use for that week or more, and combine the lists for your shopping trip. You can stagger the dinners for optimal variety, or make the second dinner the next night you're in the kitchen. We don't tell you what to do, we give you the tools to make meal planning work for you.
